Jackson. I’m currently employed by CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances as a Staff Development Educator. I have served in this role for the past 12 years. I’m truly excited about this course because I feel that it will enhance my current practice with curriculum development. 

My family consists of my husband (Jerry) who also is a Registered Nurse at CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances in pain management. Jerry and I have three children (Josh, Tyraiel, and Brelan) and two grandchildren (Jayden and Kayson). My daughter (Brelan) is currently pursuing her nursing degree through Tyler Junior College’s Nursing Program. In my leisure time, I also enjoy volunteering my services within the community through participating in local health fairs, serving as a Clinical Instructor for Tyler Junior College, traveling, and running in 5K fundraiser events. 

As a Staff Development Educator, I want to be known for my love of the nursing profession, my desire to share my nursing knowledge and to assist student in their transition from the classroom into clinical practice.
