         <title>(A friend/ a family member/ someone famous who has faced this problem)</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>According to the Cleveland Clinic Martin Health, performing exercise is a repetitive physical activity done on parts of the body to improve health and mental fitness. Lack of such activities can lead to heart diseases, obesity, diabetes, depression etc. Today, I would like to share two stories. First story is of my uncle, Ahmed, who exercised to ensure a healthy lifestyle. He also had kidney problems. Therefore, he did regular exercise, thrice a week because it increased his muscle strength and helped him do daily chores more effectively. Moreover, he loved junk food and thus, physical exercise controlled his weight. Second story is of my father, Abdullah. He suffered a heart attack at the age of 58. Surgery and medicines made his metabolism low. Therefore, he subscribed to a gym center to work out actively and sincerely. Now by God's grace, he is all fit; now, an even better soccer player than us kids. One of my favorite personalities who achieved weight loss successfully is Oprah Winfrey. She has lost over 40 pounds and she wishes to maintain it to have a healthy life. Generally, even doing only 30 minutes of daily exercise can keep you fit and make your system more efficiently.</div>]]></description>

         <title>(Its Negative Impact on People’s Lives)</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Lack of exercise increases the incidence of heart disease. Lack of movement leads to muscle weakness and an increase in&nbsp;<br>the level of sugar in the body. Lack of exercise causes muscle weakness, osteoporosis and back pain. Lack of exercise leads to insomnia, and this leads to many long-term sleep problems.&nbsp;<br>Usually the body loses its ability to absorb oxygen and this leads to death. Strokes caused by motor activity that lead to memory loss. Lack of sports activity does not improve blood circulation and immunity of the body and affects psychological stress and contributes to many physical deformities such as be<br>bending the back, tilting the head forward and bending the legs.In my opinion, the lack of exercise has a great impact on society. first of which is the obesity problem that most countries suffer from, which causes clogged arteries, accumulation of fat in the stomach, and causes many side diseases.</div>]]></description>

         <title>(The Problem and Its Causes)</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>If one has a lazy lifestyle , it is worse for health than smoking, diabetes and heart disease. Inactivity and lack of exercise are one of the strongest&nbsp; risk factors for high blood pressure, diabetes . I think&nbsp; it&nbsp; is not more dangerous&nbsp; than being a smoker. As we all know that physical fitness leads to a longer life, and the benefits of exercise are unlimited. The risks of sitting and not exercising are three times the risks of smoking.<br>This issue is very important so&nbsp; I have read many books either paper or online about this issue to know more and more about it. I would like to mention some causes of it. I think&nbsp; people don't exercise as they don't have time to practise. Also,&nbsp; they are too tired, unpleasant or fear of physical exertion, and an unsafe environment.&nbsp; These reasons are&nbsp; considered powerful barriers to hinder anyone to keep forward. Finding the right motivation&nbsp; can lead to a great achievement.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;There are many&nbsp; disadvantages of not exercising. It leads to many diseases. The incidence of heart disease increases with the lack of physical activity. I think moderate and regular exercise can reduce the negative consequences of diabetes, blood pressure, and stress. The lack of movement causes muscles to weaken and not respond to the absorption of the hormone insulin, which increases the level of sugar in the body.<br>&nbsp;Diseases and disorders resulting from stress, which are most often related to lack of movement, and stress is not considered a serious disease, but the body must be given an opportunity to get rid of the stress hormones present in it, and this can be done through exercise . Doing exercises makes people feel greatly happy and have strong muscles .</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Solutions to treat lack of exercise<br>&nbsp; &nbsp;One of the main reasons that prevent people from exercising is laziness procrastination and delay. This is a problem that many suffer from and want a solution for it, and I will tell you the solution. First, before starting a fitness program, it is important that you know what you want to achieve. This question will help you determine your goals and motivate you to reach them. Second, the phrase "I don't have time" often prompts people to avoid exercise, which is why it is important to set a schedule that includes an hour class for every day. This strategy helps people stick to their exercise routine and getting along with a companion is very helpful for people who are interested in sports. It can also help them stick to their appointments. Third, some people view sports as a duty to be completed, and they tend to forget about the other benefits of participating in it. Sportspersons should also make time for the fun side of it.<br>In the end, I advise everyone to exercise regularly and avoid laziness to live a healthy and happy life.</div>]]></description>
