Derfor kan det tænkes at det er muligt at reducere enzymmængden uden at det påvirker udbyttet.

Step 3 (pPCR. post PCR)

Det ses at ved nogle prøver fås et lavere udbytte når der benyttes 0.33x enzym frem for 1x enzym - det omvendte ses ikke!

Der ses en tydelig reduktion i mængden af DNA fra step 1 til 2. Der ses et tab af DNA efter step 1, dog er det muligt at genvinde en stor del af dette tab vha. PCR.
