There is such a wide range because the females (Jill) are seasonally polyestrous . The seasons also affect the male ferret (Hob). CAB International, 2008.) Seasonally polyestrous means they will cycle until they conceive in a certain season. For Ferrets, that happens to be March to August.</div>]]></description>

So, even though male ferrets tend to be a little aggressive during copulation, there are much worse things for a female ferret to go through</div>]]></description>
