         <description><![CDATA[<div>Things I&nbsp; could do to increase my well-being:<br>1. Go to bed earlier, and go to bed and get up at a consistent time everyday.<br>2. Finish my homework when I get back from school, before dinner, so after, I have time to relax and do my other everyday tasks.<br>3. Go for a walk after dinner a few times a week after dinner maybe, to clear my head.<br>4. When I have spare time, try to be productive and stretch for dance or something instead just watching Netflix etc.<br>5.Try to finish my homework early so I have at least 1 night a week that is homework free or little homework.<br><br></div>]]></description>
