         <description><![CDATA[<div>Reasons for studying a social problem is to find the root of problems in our society. If a social problem is happening to a good chunk of the population something more than personal reasons must be attributing to this issue. Once we find out what the root cause of the problem ex: policies in place by government, economic, values (political, religion), ect...
