These children are subjected to lengthy procedures in search of their recovery. The socioeconomic conditions of their families, on many occasions, don’t allow them to access the best, including support.This long process greatly limits the integral development of their lives, from relationships with their environment to interpersonal relationships. These children are living a fundamental stage of their lives in an unsuitable environment. At that age, they should be studying, playing, and enjoying the various moments that life brings by then.  For this reason, the objective of our foundation is to give children a support that makes them relax and at the same time have normal moments for their age.

To carry out this project, many factors must be met to be effective. Mainly we will be in charge of conducting a comprehensive study on the state of children both before and during treatment, visualizing the environment they have in their communities and analyzing what resources the clinics where the treatment is done have. Subsequently, a volunteer work will be carried out to select suitable people to treat children. In addition to the above, these volunteers will be given training to provide excellent help. Throughout the process of construction of the foundation, several works and activities will be carried out to collect funds that allow everything that is needed to help children to be at our disposal. When everything is ready, a transition process will begin with the children where little things about their situation will be explained correctly with the help of experts and psychologists. The didactic activities will be a fundamental aspect for the children and will be carried out through games, moments to share in groups and basic academic knowledge. Finally and as a fundamental aspect, weekly talks will be held with child psychologists so that each of the children has a space where they can express their emotions and how they feel in the face of situations.

The cause of the devastating situation of these children goes back to many things, but it is mainly the country's social gap that is the main cause of this problem. If there is not so much contrast between social classes they could have access to the same things that other social classes have. On the other hand, the public clinics to which they have access are not complete enough to meet all that children need. Finally, the few job opportunities and the low remuneration do not allow the children's families to resort to places that provide good service. But despite all this, our foundation fulfills its function thanks to all these problems to give it a solution that will be very positive because we will make this entire process of children much more bearable and pleasant. It would also make treatment faster, as it has been proven that in situations of illnesses, mental health has a great influence on the course of illnesses. Emotional help is a need that we all have, believe it or not, that is why this type of project can be positively adapted to any context, in the case of my neighborhood, there are currently many children who due to the pandemic have changed their lifestyle and they have lost their social connection and interpersonal relationships, so this project would be a very good thing that with the respective safety protocols would help children socialize, receive psychological and emotional help and recreate properly.

This project was a very good practice to propose solutions to a problem that is present in society. Helping communities and especially those close to us will always be a task that will enrich us as people and will be a contribution to society. Raising awareness, researching and taking ownership of the problems of our region are fundamental aspects for our personal training. On the other hand, in the matter, I feel that this work was very effective in improving my ability to develop texts and to improve my vocabulary. Being able to know the parts that a text should have will be useful for the rest of my university life and enriching my vocabulary will also be fundamental for my daily life.
