I will always remember my first job working as a work study student at the front desk of POD 144 and relying on your expertise around every corner. So many applicant inquiries and I learned a lot from your composure during every interaction. I also enjoyed our chats, talking about our life, our loved ones and our families. I also recall having hair on my head, so the times have definitely changed.

I am still struggling to accept the fact that you will be gone but I am also so incredibly happy for you. I really hope you enjoy your time with your family and friends. I really hope you are able to get away, head to Laval and unwind. You deserve that and more!

I can't even begin to imagine you not being at the ServiceHub. I think you were always the first friendly face that both students and staff encountered when they visited our office. You are the most patient and understanding person I know (not mentioning the knowledge that you possess and use to to navigate the world of RAMSS). 

Simply said, I will miss you. I'll miss you gentle demeanor and your ability to make everyone feel good when they are in your presence. Please enjoy your beautiful family and spend lots of time doing things that you love and enjoy.
