  In this book while their P.E. their teacher  was training them for the
ultimate assassination he was replaced by a psycho maniac that would mercisly punish them for no reason at all or to "discipline" them. After observing their dangerous training Koro-Sensei had to put a stop to it and had that new teacher
fired. That new teacher didn't go down easily and was about to attack until the principal
came who was an assassin himself "convinced" hime to leave. Their goal is to work together to eat all of the souls of those who have become kishin  eggs and not the ones of humans. Together they make the perfect team and with their master Lord Death to guide them they will stop at nothing to prevent the creation of another kishin.

Within this school year one of my favorite books was Soul Eater volume 1 and in that book the main characters were taken on multiple adventures. This book takes place within and outside of death city where many challenges are faced because of evildoers but the city is protected by the meisters and weapons of DWMA(Death Weapon Meister Academy). This school is home to our characters and is also where they train to make their weapon Lord Death’s but to do so the meister’s weapon must eat 99 human souls turned evil plus one of a witch. So in the beginning of this book we see Maka a meister and her weapon Soul a scythe capturing their 99th human soul. Now they must find a witch and take her soul,so they find them and multiple battles happened between them resulting in unexpected finish. It ended only leading us into another character’s adventure and how their journey to the top has gone so far. You would probably think that every team is almost at their goal well think again because some of these meister and weapon matchups aren’t the best but in the end they’ll work out.
