-I could speak to others that are different than me and learn about their ideas, cultures, backgrounds, and political views.
Professionally:
-I can watch seminars about being openminded in the classroom. 
-Listen to my students and take their suggestions.
-Let students guide learning.
-I can listen to parents suggestions for the classroom.

- I could be more active in my community. By being more active I mean that I should volunteer in my community by either going to schools or go to a shelter and just lending my time to them and what they need done.
- I could give to others more.
- I need to be less judgmental. I can do this by not always counting on my first impression of a person and actually get to know them, not saying that I always do this but I need to stop it all together.
Professionally:
- Like I said above judgement in the workplace has got to go. Not all teachers teach the same, I cannot judge someone based on how they do their job if it is different than how I would do it. 
- Show empathy to my students. -I can let my voice be heard more. I generally have a hard time talking over listening to what people have to say. I need to be more balanced.
-Be more understanding, I can get frustrated when I reach out to others and they don't respond for a while. I need to understand that other people have lives and that they will get back to me when they can.

Professionally:
- Let my students speak and be active participators in class. Children need to be heard and if they feel heard then they will communicate with me and their classmates more.
-Give positive feedback to my students and their families. Don't always focus on what we can do better but how amazing my students already are.
