I wonder if it's time to spend time working all together, rather than in sub-groups by theme, since we are noticing so much overlap across themes. Particularly themes 1 and 2. Maybe take this great work by theme one and just add to it rather than trying to do the same thing with the other themes.

Readiness to move forward: I think about repair and rebuild, and I wonder - what does it look like - and CAN we (a small group) really articulate it/make recommendations? That feels like a really big task, and also - how do we tie it back to the harm we've done? (Maybe I'm just feeling overwhelmed.)
