R// During this week I am doing an academic internship at the Santa Rosita National Psychiatric Hospital, but usually my week starts like this, I usually dedicate myself to studying full time and being able to focus on my academic research during the day. In the afternoons, I usually attend lectures and seminars related to my field of study to stay up to date. In the evenings, I like to read academic books and scientific articles to expand my knowledge. In addition I take advantage of this time to reflect on my activities and plan future projects. Weekends are spent resting and enjoying recreational activities to recharge my batteries. During the week I also usually exercise in the mornings to stay fit and healthy. In the afternoons, I sometimes meet with colleagues to discuss ideas and collaborate on joint projects. In the evenings, I like to take time to read a little. I also often participate in meetings Virtual meetings with other friends to exchange ideas and experiences. Overall, my week is structured around my academic work, combining research, continuous learning, and collaboration with colleagues.
