When i was finished it was exactly what I imagined. The next day I brought it to school and I was kinda disappointed when other people had cool boxes. One time, when I was in 3rd grade art class, we made big posters about ROY G BIV. First, we brainstormed what it was going to look like. Then, we wrote the title and definition. Next, we drew pictures and colored the poster in. My friend also brought in his clay, so we formed it into a rainbow. 2 days later, we ended up getting 1st place for the most creative project. I went with my plan and I got an A on that project.  It just shows you if you go with your plan you are bound to be successful.

In 5th Grade I entered the PTA Arts Reflection contest. The theme for the contest was "Let your imagination fly". I was encouraged to be creative and to use my imagination to create my artwork. The program leader really liked my artwork and she submitted it for district judging. Some of the judges were professional artists and other creative thinkers. My artwork was chosen for an award because I showed my creativity and imagination in the piece. I received a medal and recognition from the NISD Superintendent. I felt happy and proud that I was allowed and encouraged to use my creativity and that the school supported my efforts. Here is my opinion that creativity is being used in my schooling. Right now in most of my classes I used creativity to learn, but not all classes. For example, in Ms. Roger's class we created an owl about ourselves. In Science, we are walking around doing a scavenger hunt with density, mass and volume. One class that I am not creative is math. We are not creative because we don't do any creative projects. One time I was able to think creatively and run with an idea is when I was doing a project on a Colorado notable. We were able to dress up how we thought our notable would dress during the night event. Also, with my notable while in dress we could talk like them. It was so fun! We also learned that all of the artists have some thing creative and unique about them that makes them have a special painting. I think art is important because it lets you be creative. And not only let you be creative but get more creative. And you don't have to be an artist to be creative you could be any thing . I think that schools should also think that schools should have more things to do with being creative .so in the end what I learned was that creativeness  does matter allot.
