ELC and elementary teachers are using the complex texts from the curriculum. In the secondary levels, I see an opportunity to increase the use and understanding of complex and enabling texts and their effective use. This is especially the case with new teachers. The high school is using a teacher-developed curriculum and thus there is opportunity for more variation. In general, the concern is mostly in the secondary grade-levels.
