(1) With this post, Beyoncé recognizes herself and her race. With the words "please remember our beauty, strength and power" she recognizes her identity and invites others from her community to do the same. She recognizes the issue that they were and are going through but remembered to celebrate each other even in the circumstances. I also spot social recognition through the simple black background and with the song tittle.

(2) This post relates with the theory of social recognition from Charles Taylor- The Politics of Recognition. I think this post realtes perfectly with the following quote from Taylor: "a person’s understanding of who they are, of their fundamental characteristics as a human being” Taylor (1994). Beyoncé showed she understand who she is with this post and she invites others to do it. This post recognizes movement that happened and is still happening, which is black lives matter, and tries to bring a little joy to everyone suffering from this with a song.

(1) In this post, the collective afrochingonas recognize themselves through their experiences as afro Latinas and their struggles with racism in Mexico. Through the podcast, they aim to demand equality, freedom, and no discrimination. They foment critical thinking and the powerful act of questioning systemic oppression, racism, and social injustice. They also offer a safe space for others to relate to the struggles, while promoting self-knowledge, and self-healing through the connection of similar experiences.

(2) This post relates to the theory of the binary relation between recognition and redistribution from Nancy Fraser because this group of people aims to socially recognize their experiences and struggles as women of color in Mexico while encouraging people to question the past and current systems of power to reach equality and not only get rid of discrimination but have active anti-racist individuals of all backgrounds fighting against sistemic oppression and racism as a form of redistribution of justice.

That way the problem is recognized and more people can contribute in other ways to this situation. He also does it in a really charismatic and outgoing way to make more people engage in this kind of activism
(2) This post relates to the peace Initiative video in the way that it also makes videos to make people take action in different levels even for engaging in those videos to contributing in their day to day life.

1.
In the video members of the Human Rights Campaign proudly recognize themselves as members of the LGBTQ+ community. They also show that they represent a part of the fight that this collective has faced towards the recognition and respect of their rights. An example seen in the video is Kelly Robinson, who recognizes herself as a Black, queer women; she is also the first to lead the HRC. Moreover, some other members of the HRC, recognize themselves as part of the community and they mention that he figth for LGBTQ+ rights is ongoing, nonetheless, they show the traditions of the community such as Pride parades that show an important part of the culture of the community. Moreover, the video shows articles of the positive outcome that the fight has had in the past year.
2. In relation with Axel Honneth's theory, the interactions betwwen the LGBTQ+ community shown in the video relate with the 3 patterns of recognition presented in the theory. Firstly, the love shown between the community clearly creates self-confidence, this can be seen in the presentation of Kelly Robinson. Secondly, the rights are shown as a fight, which is portayed through the articles shown. Finally, solidarity, is shown by different clips, such as the message given by the president Biden that supports LGBTQ+ rights.
