This assessment is great for giving quick results in multiple areas and being able to share results with parents easier and keep track of progress.

3) Observer bias - ratings by differ by observer leading to inconsistent ratings.

I would not use this if there were going to be multiple people doing this throughout the progress as it will skew the results. Also if the things you are trying to observe are hard to quantify I would use a different assessment tool.
