1) I believe that sugar can help us out of sad. Once I feel sad, if I eat a milk candy, I feel like my world becomes quickly better. Just like all the dark clouds go away and the sun comes out.
3) Actually, I do not think this is the best way to us. Sugar has lots of fat in it and too much fat is not healthy for our bodies. There are many ways to make us happy, like listening to some happy music and watching a favorite movie and having a nice talk with friends.

1.Yes, I think that sugar can help people out of sad and brighten people's mood.
2.Yes. If I get a bad grade or have a few difficulties, I will eat sugar or ice cream in order to make me forget the uneasiness and unhappiness. After I eat the sweet food, I will be released and feel better.
3.From my perspective, I think that eating sweet food like sugar or ice cream is a good idea, but it is not the best way to make people happy. If people especially children, elders eat many sweet food, it is undesirable for their lifestyle and it will influence their health. Thus, I think it is not the best way to make people happy and there are many better ways like doing exercise, listening to music and reading books.
