While the first teacher insists on following instructions, the second encourages individual expression, emphasizing that creativity avoids comparisons.

Instead of only being a place where the teacher dictates, the classroom should be one where students feel comfortable and like owners. Giving students a chance to influence their learning environment helps them feel more invested in their education and enables their creative and divergent thinking.

Make classrooms that genuinely represent the needs, creativity, and voices of our students. Its their classroom rather then the teachers classroom. classes shouldnt still be based on age. classroom structure should not have a teacher at the front and rows of tables as they still do.
