The neutral power is the ability to act and we all need to start being comfortable with this idea of power because we need power to change things.
The dominant power (coercitive) is not the only one that exists; we can build relational power.
People like Martin Luther King don't tell people what to do, but what to believe in, people like him tell a story, they build power on relations and inspiration to create social change.

Nick explains the 5 steps for social change: listen, organise, negotiate, plan and act. These 5 steps fit in a circular model that never ends, but all starts from listening. We must listen people's stories to unlock their power, to build relationships.
