I am a marketing consultant with 20+ years experience gained in FMCG marketing. I began my career with Fujitsu as Business Analyst and then a brand marketing career at Unilever. I have managed brand portfolios to growth and enjoyed big brand budgets and working with big media agency's. My experience includes innovation as well as brand activation TV, Press, Digital, PR, campaign management. Consumer brands you may recognise are Carte D'or and Wall's Ice Cream and Cornetto. I moved from Unilever to take a Brand Controller role managing a brand portfolio called Whole Earth (peanut butter) and pushed the no.1 brand off the top spot. I also launched Almond Breeze into the UK market licensing from the USA (it's great on cereal not so in coffee ;-). 

My husband of 21yrs works for Bank of America in global markets technology. Whilst raising our son I set up as a brand consultant advising founders at start-up stage. This has included a baby shoe brand that listed in Harvey Nicks, a new drinks brand that won best innovation and listed in Whole Foods, a confectionary brand that launched across major retailers, a foodie subscription box. In 2020 I created a speciality coffee brand from my kitchen table was all set to launch with packaging/product but paused (some would say my timing was off). 

This year I have provided an advisory marketing role to a London based tech startup. Working with the founder and co-founders. This has involved business model canvas creation, investment doc preparation, product market fit process, market insight, developing the brand identity, trends and qual/quant research, evaluating MVP vs product market fit and value proposition, brand strategy and marketing.  

Inspired by my last project and the tech world I now ready to validate my next venture. I have a thirst for knowledge and am excited to be part of this programme and collaborating with other entrepreneurial spirits.

Will that do? I was a British diplomat for many years, working on demanding policy issues, connecting with people and organisations from all walks of life all over the world, and before that I was a journalist, a teacher, and a volunteer on a hundred different projects. 

Why am I here? Because impact entrepreneurship really excites me. I interviewed several impact entrepreneurs for a French article I wrote recently;  it made me feel SO alive. 'Do good. Hello !
A Twenty one year old commerce graduate filled in with energy that reflects when people talk business is the way I would define myself. I am keen about management and ofcourse entrepreneurship, I think it is in my DNA. Currently, working on publishing an anthology and pursuing Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

I have literally spent my childhood days in Ghungroo (Indian anklet tied on the feet of classical dancers) most of the time and that is what got me a 2nd Best solo dancer award at the National level competition.

I would in no way consider myself a business person, but I have launched a profitable medical company with my wife, who is a medical doctor. I run the operations and finance side of the business in my spare time and 
while my role is not particularly busy or taxing, it has given me the sense that I can grow something with a little application and focus.

I’m Kiran Gupta R (prefer to be called Kiran). 
 
I work as the General Counsel of Peepul Capital, a Mauritius based Private Equity fund making investments in India. In this role, I work with a lot of companies and help them scale up and I handle all legal aspects of making, managing and exiting investments into these companies.
 
I’ve been a serial entrepreneur in the past. Presently, I’m conceptualizing a social venture of creating a secure and happy community for families with special needs members where special needs citizens can live, work, play… amongst others… like everyone else!

I am a post graduate in Economics and an M.B.A From the University of Calcutta , India .Have worked with companies like Berger Paints, ANZ Grindlays Bank and e.serve International in the early part of my career .Thereafter moved to Executive Search and  set up my boutique search firm "Savitar Search Solutions" . Have been a search professional for many years and have successfully completed multiple CXO searches .
Have also been extensively involved in volunteering for special needs children and the visually challenged through my association  with The Blind Relief Association , Delhi ,India .
Last year seeing the disruption in learning caused by the pandemic , was motivated to set up a social enterprise ,"Creating Joy ", to facilitate E-learning and making it accessible to, the not so privileged sections, by providing them with  second hand smartphones  .Did a pilot launch and was able to provide 100 children with smartphones . 
Have joined this course to attain the necessary knowledge, skills and build a network , to make  "Creating Joy' into a viable early stage venture and positively impact the lives of many more children ,so they can continue to believe and work toward a beautiful future .

My name is Meghal Singh , I did my post graduation in Finance and graduation in computer science engineering .

Currently I am running my own poultry processing startup called MOMMY's CHICKEN from last 4 years in my hometown (Bhopal , MP) . Last year I have received a national award from Poultry India for the best upcoming poultry brand in India . 

Before starting my own venture I worked as a business analyst in Bank of New York Mellon corp for 2 years .

My initial entrepreneurial journey was very challenging and I have learned a lot but now my purpose to join this course is to further learn more skills and to be able to take my venture to another level .

I am an entrepreneur turned investor with corporate experience from Maersk. I have previously launched a few ventures in the space of energy technology and life sciences. At present, however, I have moved to the other side of the table as an green investment manager with the Danish sovereign fund where I do VC and PE investments in companies situated within the geography of the Danish Kingdom (Denmark, Faroe Islands, Greenland).

I am particularly interested in companies working within the areas of hardware, power electronics, chemical engineering, nanotech, biotech, material sciences food sciences and environmental services.
