The photo looks like it was taken during the Autumn, I'm guessing on November 11th 2016 at 8:04 am...
It can replicate their emotions of emptiness  and possibly being lost in somewhere unknown.
You can see the reflection on the buildings

It looks like it could have been taken in Autumn during the day in 2016
This can just be described as someones home, their memories are made there... You can see the wet ground and the leaves that are stuck on the moisture 
This still doesn't allow you to know anything more personal about the photographer
