We have a set aside for 1:1 paras as well. We look at IEPs to understand what staff we need each year.  

We have to think through the pie chart for SPED to give information that is useful. We might be able to present information on SPED roles. There are different roles in SPED: for example, speech therapists and occupational therapists. 

The next challenge is finding people to fill the roles. 

We have to braid funding to support the program activities and goals; different funding sources support paras.
