You are beautiful, You sit there showing off your beauty with every wave, every boat buzzing by.

You are fun, hosting amusing get togethers on your green luscious islands. Bringing people together every beautiful summer day.

You smell of freshness, you smell like s’well times on the water with friends and family.

You feel warm and welcoming to all the people from all around, all around.

You sound like waves crashing on windy days, you sound like fishers that reel, reel, reel in the beautiful fish that you hold.

Lake Minnetonka, you are amazing, standing full of life, under the blazing sun in the summer.

Lake Minnetonka Please stay in my life forever, forever. 

  Whistled in the trees and in the grass all day long

  It made the grass sway gently and the leaves rustle in the trees.                        

  At night the wind screamed when it hit my window.

  I went down to the lake, the wind was pushing the waves to the shore.

  It sent shivers down my spine as I stood there looking at the lake.

  As I start walking away it pushes me, all the way home.

  As I enter my house, the wind slams the door closed.

  It keeps shouting at me to come back outside

 The next morning, the wind starts blowing away to the next town.

  After a few days of it sitting in the new town, the wind gets stronger and stronger which slowly  becomes a tornado. 

 Blowing each and every way. Making people find shelter from the furious winds.

Finally, the wind starts backing down and goes away.

Dived deep into the dark sea

Then darry the dolphin

Saw Sharkisha the sick shark

She coughed and sneezed up a storm

Darry gave Sharkeisha some shaking medicine

She stopped sneezing, she stopped shaking

They went for a deep sea swim

They met Wally the whale that was very wealthy

His wallet was full of gold

His House was full of wandering fish

They had a great day all together 

Lazy at times, but thats okay

Ellie is full of fun and happiness

Always singing and acting
Never gives up

Only good vibes

Rakes up all the haters

When I go down to the gorgeous, blue lake.

I get a happy feeling in my head.

But it gets so cold I begin to shake.

I run home and quickly get into bed.

In the morning the lake was full of rage.

It stood in the cold, mad, all day and night

It stood, mad, icy, cold all night awake.

Soon a layer of ice covered in white.

Winter came, covered everything in ice.

All the birds flew south no more chirping sounds.

The snowflakes fall, each one very precise

They heavy white snow on the ground weighs pound.

Soon the snow and ice start melting away

The warm comes, the children go out and play.
