HOW DOES OBESITY AFFECT YOUNG PEOPLE'S HEALTH?

According to several researches, obesity is considered one of the most terrible issues in the actual society. This problem could have a huge impact on our lives, especially when we are teenagers.

There are two kinds of impacts, physiologic -because young people have to hold all of the “catcalls” from other teenagers and other insults, which could shatter our self-esteem and might make the future quite “depressing”; and physical, in the way the body has to bear the weight of an anti-natural condition, such chronic diseases (like osteoarthritis), etc.

?

The obesity is an incredibly big problem which
affects all people, especially teenagers. First of all a lot of young people don`t exercise as much as they should to maintain the healthy lifestyle and they eat unhealthy food which leads to the Fat mass increase. Obviously if you have to much fat it would aggravate the condition of body organs and it`ll put too much force on the immune system. As a result the risk of many diseases has increased like high blood pressure, diabetes, coronary heart disease, stroke, osteoarthritis or even cancer.
