Ethnographic research can help identify and analyze unexpected issues, which is why I prefer it. It is a sociological and inductive approach. Other forms of qualitative research focus primarily on the subjects' experiences, making the study subjective, while this sort of qualitative research combines experiences with a variety of other data to provide a more objective study.
