Bullying can have some very dramatic and long term effects on the victims life. It also can have a catastrophic domino effect on the victim. Some major effects of bullying include increased anxiety and depression. This is often caused by harassment which is, "bothering someone to the point where the environment becomes dangerous in some way" (HCSD 6).  This could lead to irregular sleeping patterns which will have an effect on ones study as they will not be able to focus. This lack of focus could lead to poor grades, which leads to potentially risking their entire future. He even tried to skip school to avoid confrontation with the bully. One day he gained the courage to tell a teacher. The teacher was able to resolve the situation after consulting the principal, who contacted the parents of the bully.
