In my opinion, governments and big organizations should not have unlimited access to private information. Privacy is a basic human right, and people deserve to keep their personal data safe. However, in some cases, like national security or criminal investigations, authorities may need limited access to specific information. The problem is when this power is abused. Therefore, I believe that access should only be granted under strict laws and supervision to protect both safety and freedom.

I usually sleep about seven hours per night, which I think is enough for me. Experts say that adults should sleep between seven and eight hours to stay healthy. Sometimes I go to bed late and feel tired the next day, so I try to improve my sleeping habits by avoiding my phone before sleeping. If I couldn’t sleep, I would read a book, listen to calm music, or drink a cup of warm milk to relax.

I think people should sleep around seven or eight hours every night to stay healthy and focused.

I usually sleep about six hours, so sometimes I feel a bit tired in the morning.

When I can’t sleep, I try listen to calm music to relax.

I avoid using my phone because the light makes it harder to fall asleep.
