Task 1:1 - What is Distributed Leadership? 

I´ve worked as a teacher for 30 years. The leadership was democratic on 90's. Gradually the leadership got very far-a-way from teachers.  

Task 1:2 - Why use Distributed Leadership in Schools? 

In Portugal, DLE is a farse. Though its comtemplated in the law, the processe was viced and linked with  the political power, national and regional. 

Task 1:3 - Factors influencing Distributed Leadership in Schools: 

1:1 Motivation for participation of all school comunity; 

1:2 To feel free to expose you point of view, even if it not the majority or the politic view.

1:3 Make people believe that your opinion is important and that it will take in consideration by the ones in charge and that the goals are consensual.
1:4 To finish all the useless burocratic work of the teachers.
