The reason for me to want to make art is so that I can show others the oddities of the world. Everyone wants to see an artist that shows you what is already real. 
As an artist myself I may have taken a more realistic approach to my material this year but those skills can still be used to mess with minds. These realistic approaches I've taken can be used to make something not right feel like it could be in our world. 
I want more people to have an open mind at the thought of art. I want people to be able to know that art isn't just imitating reality, its creating it. Creating something from the pureness of your imagination is the thing I would like for more people to see as art instead of being able to draw reality.
