These sorts of skills are a key element for successful job in the future so we need to change the curricula and the way in which we are teaching  to another system  more efective which focuses in

Novel and adaptive thinking (finding new solutions and responses to unexpected circumstances)
Cross-cultural competences (ability to operate in diverse cultural settings) 
New-media literacy (critically assessing and developing content).

On this way we could benefit our pupils in their future. However,  to do this correctly  the goverment needs to invest in teacher´s  formation irremissibly.

Training in cognitive psychology and behavioural science will be useful too, as teams of designers seek to understand exactly how humans interact with their surroundings through touch, smell and sight in order to persuade our mind to accept a virtual environment as a reality. People with robotic technology skills sets will obviously be in demand An Ethical Technology Advocate’s communication skills will be crucial in deciding whether the robot revolution succeeds or fails

I teach Language, Social  and Maths. I find it much easier to use technology in class, but I have to admit that I hardly use technology in the classroom, it is because the lack of technology systems thatr we have.

 I’d like them to use technologies in order to to look information up on the internet,; or to play online games with which they practice what we’re learning in class,to show some interensting webs where they will have alook about some subject, ore ven to practise some of the knowledge that they had learnt 

Creativity is an ability to transcend traditional ideas to create meaningful new ideas , form and interpretation. Is necessary in this era of changes and challenges.Reflecting and explaining how we could solve a problem can foster creativity and teach collaboration.

Another important skill is the flexibility, it provides that we could adapt quickly to new demands and new situations. We need quantitative skills to manipulate data well. We need to be able to communicate clearly. There is a broad set of skills that we require as a students to draw on different areas of knowledge and skill.”

Cooperative learning is the way that I could adress them in the classroom were students develop social skills and learn to work as part of a group. This greater understanding of mathematics and the social skills will stick with the students for the rest of their life

From my point of view using  engeneering desing and PBL, provides our pupils with a connection with real worl, structured collaboration  and  esencial kills which promote a real way to work and built knowledge.

Engeneering desing, provides pupils with a systematic approach to solving problems in the STEM fields and it give a boost to motívate them.through  their own experiences and it will provide them with opportunities to construct new science and math knowledge through design analysis and scientific investigation.

PBL helps pupils to identify, through research, a real-world problem and to develop its solution using evidence to support the claim

In my classroon we use manipulative materials and  computers, to search information and to do the assesment for instance, we use kahoot  Through this platform, we can create quizzes, discussion and surveys about any topic of your choice.

 

I already use these  three  practices , invite guest speakers, utilice career materials in text, and share personal experiences 

I would like to implement

Incorporate authentic research: give students the opportunity to participate in real research project

Weave career information informally into lessons: try to frame or open your lessons with career information, or as you work throughout a particular chapter or unit, make sure you point out career aspects where relevant.

Expose students to worksites and outside opportunities: take students on visits to various STEM centers (companies, research centers, etc.), prepare them before, seek funding and see how you can bridge the education-industry gap for your students
