Sunark Roll
What we need:
- dough: 200 g sunark
150 g butter
150 g icing sugar
1 whole egg
2 spoon of rum
- filling: 100 g butter
100 g icing sugar
3 spoon cocoa
1 compressed yolk
( from a boiled egg )
DOUGH: In a bowl mix the ingredients. We make a dough.
We giv to the cold. Dough roll on baking paper. Roll to 1-2 cm thick place.
FILLING: In bowl make the filling. Put in on the dough. Using baking paper roll. We giv to the cold. In a cold for 2-3 day.
Cut to the 1-2 cm wide slices.
Good taste!!!

We behave carp in lake.My family buy carp in artstis lake.we have carp in bath. After we kill carp.
In czech republic is many lake with carp. We fry carp.we eat carp with potato salad. Salad from potato, pepper, cucamber, maize and eggs. After dinner we eat sweets and give prezents. we put ceel under plate. I don like eat carp.

We cook lot of sweets Christmas. Gingerbread is the most popular.Gingerbread can be cutten into lot of shapes. Shapes like human, star and other Christmas symbols.
We make gingerbread house often.
Recipe
Mix flour, sugar, soda, gingerbread spice and coca.
Put butter, 2 eggs and honey to mixture. Mix everything. Leave mixture for 2 days. Roll dough.
Cut it with the Christmas molds.
Bake it for 8 minutes. Decorate it with glaze. Now you can enjoy your gingerbread!
