I hope you and your family are doing well. I am writing to you in my role as the liaison officer for our school’s Parents’ Support Group (PSG).

Over the past year, several of our PSG members have stepped down due to their personal commitments. As a result, we are currently looking for more parents who are willing to volunteer and be part of the PSG.

The PSG plays an important role in supporting the school and strengthening the partnership between parents and teachers. Our volunteers often help with school events, share ideas, and support activities that aim to create a positive and caring environment for our children.

Being part of the PSG is also a great opportunity for parents to be more involved in their child’s school journey. Through the PSG, parents can contribute their ideas, work together with other parents, and support programmes that benefit the students and the wider school community.

We understand that many parents have busy schedules, so any amount of time you are able to contribute will be greatly appreciated.

I hope you are all well and excited for the upcoming school year. We are pleased to extend an invite in joining the school’s Parent Support Group (PSG).PSG is a representation of the strong bonds between the school and the parents.

As part of the PSG, you will be able to volunteer for school events such as Racial Harmony Day, where you are able to contribute ideas, man booths and conduct exciting activities with the students of our school.

For future events, parents in the PSG will be contacted first beforehand in advance prior to events. Do note that all events are based on the parents’ availability to volunteer.
