The announcement text for evacuation include calling all emergency response group heads to GO. Need to revise so that this becomes optional depending on SL request. For today’s fire drill there’s no requirement for group heads to gather in GO.

Very stuffy today when the ISH basketball court is packed. Good if we can have a HVLS fan installed. Will check with IFM contractor for feasibility.

The announcement was too fast. Teachers could not really capture the entire message .

Movement was fast and most of the classes were able to report to AA in an orderly manner. However, entrance point 1B was latched and the classes were unable to enter until someone unlatched from the inside.

Feedback on Emergency Fire Drill – Headcount-

Student in Sick Bay Not Reflected in Headcount:

A student was in the sick bay and not physically present at the assembly area. However, the student was marked as present in the FLEXi list instead of being flagged appropriately.

System Lag:

Some teachers experienced a lag in the FLEXI list system, requiring multiple refreshes. This caused delays in completing the headcount.

Incomplete Marking:

Some teachers accidentally left out names during attendance marking.

marking the attendance for the adults ( staff and vendors etc) very tedious as some teachers were not in school due to FWA.
