I can assure you Children & YP Nurses  have so many opportunities. I have 25 years experience in, Acute Paediatrics, Neonatal Intensive care, Community Children's and provided end of life care in hospital & at home. I have met & cared for so many inspirational children & families. There are so many specialties within Children's Nursing. I now care for Children with Complex Needs and their families. 
We are not only their Nurse, but we become "part of their journey", or in their words, " an important part of my story".
