I am grateful for the values and principles that I was raised on and continue to practice.  That's right, I am still practicing!  I believe in a loving and patient God! My faith is a big part of who I am.  I know that my faith has helped shape me into the person I am today.
I grew up I Maryland, in a suburb just north of Washington D.C.  I love the east coast and feel that it allowed me the wonderful opportunity to be exposed to people of many different religious cultures and customs.  Being a Mormon, I was in a religious minority, but to me, it seemed like everyone else was too.  My circle of friends and neighbors were very religiously diverse. I love to cook and experiment in the kitchen! This hobby has and added bonus in that it keeps my kids alive! And I LOVE tacos in all forms! I believe that food brings people together!

I am returning to the college realm after more than a decade away. I stopped taking classes when I started my family! I am glad to be back in the college student culture. I really love learning and working towards my academic goals. I really enjoy the culture and diversity I have experienced on my campus! Returning to college has been very rewarding.
