         <description><![CDATA[<p>Finishing the gym in the morning, make my breakfast, and about 2 hours later eat some fruit. And after another 2 hours I make my food, for another 2 hours later I eat some fruit. Go swimming and come home to make my dinner. it's simply cooking eggs, fish and chicken, adding vegetables, eating fruits and choosing. something with more carbohydrates like rice, tortillas or beans. And add some nuts and a little avocado to some food. And make 3 large meals and 2 snacks between these 3 meals, with fruits. Always prioritizing carbohydrates, and that these are of plant origin, and more specifically vegetables and fruits (take care of the sugar content of fruits at the end of the day), white meat proteins without extra fats, and then about 40 grams of avocado with a couple of nuts and I still meet my fat requirement, and just like that, I already have all my meals. When it comes to food, I'm kind of weird, very boring, extremely closed off, I just like the same foods over and over again, I don't like trying to invent something new, I like to keep it very simple.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Getting tired during the day. Both to fall exhausted in bed, and to not want to sleep late because I will know that I simply will not perform during the day, and even more so with my other classes both at school and outside of them and that are equally important for my education and where I need to be. thinking and being attentive with all the concentration and all the energy. Don't use your cell phone hours before, always shower before, and leave everything ready for tomorrow.</p>]]></description>
