         <description><![CDATA[<div>IIP is<br> not relevant because she's been pulled out of classes that she doesn't need to be. Perhaps they are using old data and not seeing Jillian's growth. Her IIP needs to be reevaluated.  She needs adjustment. <br>POSSIBLE VARIABLES<br>-Outdated IIP<br>-Need new set of eyes<br>- Reconsider what classes she is being pulled out of<br>-Perhaps teachers are complacent to the student's needs by not updating the IIP. </div>]]></description>
