 not relevant because she's been pulled out of classes that she doesn't need to be. Perhaps they are using old data and not seeing Jillian's growth. Her IIP needs to be reevaluated.  She needs adjustment. 
POSSIBLE VARIABLES
-Outdated IIP
-Need new set of eyes
- Reconsider what classes she is being pulled out of

Once the team is on the same page, arrange a meeting with parents to get opinions and perspectives

Goal: Full integration over time
- emphasis on social skills on the classroom
- Focus on reading comprehension and fluency in all subjects
- utilize technology accommodations (tablet)
- create peer mentorship or tutoring? 
- Document progress through pull out assessment - short term and long term

Actively seek out resources to share with the teacher
