Thank you for inviting me in this project. I hope that a lot of students will like to use this mini library to study. There are three things that you have to consider for building this mini library. 

First of all, you need to check the budget for the construction. Secondly, how much space it will take from the school. Finally, how many mini libraries you will like to construct considering the number of students that will use it. Also, I want to know if you already talk with an architect to make the sketches and present this project to the parent’s board.

I know that this project will be one of the best projects that the students will enjoy.

Thank you for the invitation to this project. Personally, I think  education is  basic in a community. I would like to participate in your project, and  I already have some suggestions and a few questions . 

First, I suggest two professors of the university to be the head officers. I already know the persons and they have all of my trust. Then, I suggest to prepare a  careful investigation about the kind of the books that the library will have. The last suggestion is to make a careful regulation to make sure the library will go well.

From your explanation of the problem, I am quite sure that your request for the €700 reduction in the cost of the three computer monitors will be approved.

However, our investigations have revealed that the damage may have been due to an accident occurred at our warehouse while the goods were being loaded for shipment.
