PROTECT TRANG AN – PROTECT OUR FUTURE

Trang An Landscape Complex in Ninh Binh is a unique place where nature and history meet. Recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2014, it is known for its beautiful caves, rivers, and historical relics. But this special place is in danger.

PRESERVING THE ENVIRONMENT
Uncontrolled tourism and littering are harming the natural beauty of Trang An. The water is getting polluted, and many rare species are losing their habitat. We need to develop responsible tourism and reduce the number of visitors during peak seasons. Local authorities should increase patrols and provide more trash bins along the tour routes.

PRESERVING HERITAGE VALUES
Cultural heritage in Trang An, such as ancient pagodas and royal traces, is often overlooked. To keep these traditions alive, local communities should organize cultural events, and young people should be encouraged to take part in heritage protection.

Together, we can keep Trang An beautiful and meaningful – forever.

SAVE TRANG AN – SAVE OUR NATURAL AND CULTURAL HERITAGE

Trang An Landscape Complex, located in Ninh Binh Province, was recognized by UNESCO in 2014 as Viet Nam’s first mixed World Heritage Site. With its breathtaking scenery, mysterious caves, and ancient temples, Trang An is a place where history and nature exist in harmony. But this harmony is at risk.

PROTECTING NATURE
The increasing number of tourists has led to pollution in rivers and caves. Boat engines create noise and disturb wildlife. Trash left behind by careless visitors harms the environment. To address this, eco-friendly boats should be used, and tourists must be guided to follow strict environmental rules.

PROTECTING CULTURE
Trang An’s historical and spiritual sites, such as pagodas and royal relics, are often overlooked or damaged. Cultural education should be strengthened in schools, and local traditions like festivals and folk stories need to be revived and shared through social media and community events.

Everyone has a role to play. Let’s protect Trang An today so future generations can continue to enjoy this extraordinary heritage.
