- 4 butir telur

- 150 gr gula pasir

- 1 sdt sp/tbm/ovalet

- 100 gr tepung terigu protein sedang

- 30 gr cokelat bubuk

- 60 gr dark cooking chocolate

- 20 gr butter/margarin

- 80 ml minyak sayur/minyak goreng

- Loyang bulat 18 cm

Olesan:

- Butter cream secukupnya

Topping:

- Compound lemon parut secukupnya

Cara membuat:

- Lelehkan/tim dark cokelat dan butter, setelah meleleh angkat, tambahkan minyak, aduk rata, disisihkan. Campur, terigu dan cokelat bubuk, aduk rata, sisihkan. Panaskan kukusan.

- Dalam wadah, mixer telur, gula pasir dan SP dengan kecepatan tinggi hingga putih kental berjejak selama 10 menit, matikan mixer. Tambahkan campuran tepung dua tahap sambil diayak, aduk dengan spatula hingga rata. Masukkan lelehan cokelat, aduk dengan teknik aduk lipat hingga rata

- Masukkan ke loyang yang telah dioles margarin/alas kertas baking. Kukus dengan api sedang cendrung kecil selama 30 menit

- Tes tusuk, angkat, keluarkan dari loyang, tunggu dingin. Oles permukaan cake dengan butter cream, beri topping sesuai selera, siap disajikan.
