(Namely: Chat GPT, ) We recommend Copilot as it a Microsoft product and DDLETB use Microsoft daily.

How can Copilot assist? The potential is endless. Some ideas:

  • Summarising reports.​

  • Helping to create reports. ​

  • Helping to improve feedback on a piece of work. ​

  • Checking data sets for patterns and trends etc. ​

  • Helping to complete application forms. ​

  • Helping to improve your language usage. ​

  • Helping to create lesson plans, resources, quizzes, notes, sample essays, visuals, assessment rubrics and offer differentiation ideas. ​

  • Translation tool​

  • Can take meeting minutes.​

  • Help to write speeches.​

I use it to create a synopsis of material that is to be covered in a section or after the section has been covered. There is lots of AI that can do this but found this the best. Free Version with limited minutes of video.

Example of a script:

Create a video for youtube on AI for Business Leaders. Keep the duration under 60 seconds. Start the video by introducing the topic.

There are a number Adobe Firefly, Canva, DALL-E AI, Copilot Designer (using DALL-E 3) and lots more.

I use Adobe Firefly because of copywrite on pictures any of the free versions leave you open to possible copywrite problems. This is a safer bet and very good. NOT FREE

Used with websites and pdf’s (There are a number of these). Botsonic best in my opinion. You can use it to create a Teaching Assistant with materials for any subject.   The free version of Botsonic lets you link to about 30 websites and a number of Pdf’s (1 M).  You are limited with calls to the bot. You can generate a link and put it in moodle.

Have used Chatbase Chatfuel, Tars. They do the same thing but not as good.
