Julia: I had issues with my team while working on a project, but we managed to resolve our disagreements.

Luana: Recently, I faced a challenge in a cinema-related project. Aline and I struggled with creativity when designing our poster.

Julia: I like working independently and having clear deadlines for each task.

Luana: I prefer working alone or with highly competent people. I am most productive at night.

f) What do you like to do outside of work (class, school)?

Julia: I enjoy spending time with friends or alone, doing crafts, and watching TV shows.

Luana: I like going to the gym after school, painting, and playing sports.

Julia: Yes, I plan to have two children, but only when I am financially and emotionally stable. It has always been my dream to have a family.

Luana: I am not planning to have children because they require a lot of time and money. If a child isn’t raised well, they may struggle in life or develop negative traits.

Julia: I am passionate about dance, crafts, and animation.

Luana: I am passionate about sports. I love exercising and staying in shape.

Julia: I prefer to manage myself, but if I had to choose, I would rather be managed. I dislike having responsibilities or being blamed for others' mistakes.

Luana: I prefer to be managed because I find it difficult to organize initial ideas. I prefer working on well-detailed tasks assigned by someone else.

Julia: I plan to achieve my goals through hard work.

Luana: To achieve my goals, I will need to study a lot to pass my upcoming exams.

Julia: Yes, if they don't seem to change.

Julia: Yes, because it's anoying. But I guess I would avoid doing this to avoid conflicts.

Julia: Yes, but if it's about something too much important I think it's better to tell them the truth.

a) Do you think social media does more harm than good?

Luana: In my opnion social media has more harmful impacts because cientists have already proved that using to much screen can be damaging.

b) Should animal testing be banned, even if it saves human lives?

Luana: depends on the cases because if you can test the medicine only on animals it should be allowed.

c) Should smoking be completely banned in public places?

Luana: not on everywhere but in the places that have too much people or on the streets smoking should be banned.

d) Is it okay to share personal opinions even if it offends others?

Luana: it's not ok, everything you say should respect the human rights.

Luana: yes, I don't like when people talk louder to call attention.

   It’s definitely hard sometimes, especially because people tend to overlook women in rock. Male-produced rock gets more attention, for sure, but I believe the representation I bring, especially for young girls, is extremely important.

   I want to express what I truly believe. Even if the public doesn’t like it, I’ll still speak my truth.

   To some extent, yes, I mean, it’s my job at the end of the day, right? But I would never give up my authenticity.

   Of course luck plays a big role. I’m a great example of that, I gained a lot more fame after a rock radio station in Los Angeles played my first single “You Oughta Know.”

   It’s insane! Seriously, it’s so crazy to think about it. I’m extremely grateful for it every single day.

   
   

7. Is there any song you wrote that you actually disliked?
   My first hit, haha! I really didn’t expect it to blow up. I think I sounded too amateur, but the fact that it became a hit made me emotionally attached to it, so I ended up liking it a lot over time.

   Yes, in my most recently released song. I think I was a bit more personal than usual because I had just gone through a breakup.

   Oh, that’s a hard question. I guess I’d still work in the music field somehow. I really don’t see myself away from music.

    Probably when I released the song “Ironic.” I received a lot of harsh criticism and lost many fans and listeners. But I think it was an important experience for my growth, not just as a singer, but as a person.

   It was the single 'Ironic', but it was attacked.

   Because it's lyrics were decidedly un-ironic, I have no regrets.

   I expected to sell it only modestly, until a Los Angeles rock radio station started playing my angst-ridden first single.

   There was a line-up around the block and there were people singing my music.
