Todd Louiso, also known for snakes on a plane, Jerry Maguire and Apollo 13) portrays the timid intellectual and awkward character "🤬". Even awkward people have shoulders to cry on and are there to listen and give advice. The character embodies the awkward nervousness found in us all. One of the films sub plots centers around this character and is a fun wish come true situation and necessary character in the overall story.

For a film about a person who owns a record store of course the soundtrack needs to be amazing yet in its own individuality it maintains a sense of indie rock independence and pop culture subtlety. Stacked with well selected tracks that support the diagetic content of the film. Rob being the critic that he is, comforts himself in the film with some of the all time greats as he confides in you the viewer as a friend during his time of heartbreak and coming to terms with himself.
