Bullying in schools is a big issue in my community and there are many children I know who have been affected. As a school counselor I think having a strict anti-bullying policy and making staff and students aware of that policy is something I intend to do. I created this infographic as something that could be printed and distributed to school staff and/or parents in order to educate them about bullying, it's effects, and ideas on how to create an anti-bullying environment in a school. I think it is important to learn at an early age that all people are different and all people have things about them that make them special. This lesson plan teaches children to celebrate their uniqueness and differences and also how to be inclusive of others.
