I am wearing the white t shirt  with collar to start my first experience at Mcdonald's Pengkalan Chepa.

My workplace near by the counter.  My duty is preparing and serving all the drinks according with the customers requirement.  I should always check up all the equipment to maintain the available serve. For example, I need to make sure the milo still have enough quantity to serve the customers. In addition, I also need to make sure the cup, cup cover and ice always enough. Every times, I have to click the button "serve" after finish prepare and serve the customer.
 I have do some cleaning to maintain the workplace can serve the customers at high quality.
 
From the 10.20 pm until 11.20 pm and 5.11 pm until 6.11 pm as my break time for this day.

Around 5 am until 7 am, my job was turned as a "small clearner". I need to help the staff at the counter to clear and wipe up all the equipment for the machines.

First duty,
prepare and serve all the drinks at the counter.
Second duty,
about an hour my duty turn to prepare and  pass all the drinks for drive thru department.
Third duty,
I also need to learn about how to do the ice creams with different kinds. For example, Oren McFlurry, Strawberry Sundae, Chocolate Sundae and so on.
As usually, I have to make sure the cup, cup cover and ice always enough. Every times, I have to click the button "serve" after finish prepare and serve the customer.
Last two hours before back home, I have to help the staff do some cleaning. For example, I have to cleanse all the machine at the part of my workplace.
 
From the 8.00 pm until 9.00 pm and 1.45 pm until 2.45 pm as my break time for this day.

Third duty,
fill all the small store at the counter.
Next duty,
as usually start to serve all the customers.

For today, I don't need to help the staff do the cleaning.
From the 5.55 pm until 6.55 pm and 12.20 pm until 1.20 pm as my break time for this day. : )

I have to quick fill up the cup and ice when there is busy time.
Third duty,
as usually  I have to serve the  customers by myself when my partner is go home.
Fourth duty,
If the counter do not have any customer. I have to help the drive thru department to serve the drinks.

For today, my break time is from 1.25 pm until 2.25 pm and 5.20 until 6.20 pm. : )

As usually 8.00 pm is the busy time  for Mcdonald's Pc.  Today, I have face some accident, my hand was scalded by hot tea. I did not have any medicine. I have to endure the pain and continue my work.

First duty,
I have to help my colleague and serve the customers as soon as possible. I have to pass the drinks to counter and prepare the drinks for take away.
Second duty,
I have to do the ice cream and serve the customer.
Third duty,
as usually  I have to serve the  customers by myself when my partner is go home.
Fourth duty,
I have to help the drive thru department to serve the drinks for customers.
Fifth duty,
I have to clear the area of serve drinks and remove all the small equipment pass to the cleaner department to wash the equipment.
Sixth duty,
I have to collect back all the equipment and put back to the machine. This is because we have to start to serve the breakfast as a new day.

For today, my break time is from 1.15 pm until 2.15 pm and 5.55 until 6.55 pm. : )

First duty,
I have  serve the customers as soon as possible by my own. This is because my  others two partner do not have teamwork. They just choose  same time which is busy time to take break. They just thrown any things for me to serve and did not help me to do any things. This day feeling down cause I have to serve ice cream, hot coffee, hot tea, soft drink, milo, hot milo and so on. I only have one person how can I serve three counter at the same times during Hari Raya the best season for the Mcdonald.
Second duty,
After my first take break. I have to change my work from serve drinks to the lobi.
for this part :
1. I have to clear the toilet.
2. I have to clear the table.
3. I have to sweep the floor.
4. I have to clear the floor.
5. I have to make sure the area is always clear.
My shift for this part is about midnight. Today I face some problem that I haven face. The badly day for me. At midnight, most of the customers are male. I face the problem like sexual harassment.

For today, my break time is from 1.55 pm until 2.55 pm and 5.30 until 6.30 pm. : )
