During the project, when problems occur, give both you and your teacher some time and space to reflect. Then, re-connect with the teacher as a person first then talk about the task later.

Step back and always let teachers make the decision to keep classroom research a teacher-research

Success and failure are both learning experience so treat them equally important and natural

Be ready to ask teacher's for help in understanding teacher's context

Be there when teachers seek help

Scheduling meeting with teachers should be made in advance but with flexibility

Be aware of cultural differences: personal belief, work culture, national culture

Don't take things personally and don't be too hard on yourself
