         <description><![CDATA[<p>We as humans have experienced many feeling both mentally, emotionally, and physically.</p><p>We felt pain when we were broke or running out of money as well. It's natural to have feelings</p><p>but you need to learn either how to let it out or contain some information and be ok with it. As everyday</p><p>people who got to work and feed not only themselves but their loved ones, we worry just about every second.</p><p>Some people might have it easy, but for those who don't have to fight and get back up until the next battle. So </p><p>try not to worry so much. You already have enough on your table, why be more stressed or depressed? Here are some</p><p>ways to vent your emotions:</p><p>1. CRY: Crying is something we all need to do. Let out your emotions, but don't let the tears dry on your face, wipe it off </p><p>and get back up.</p><p>2. YELL/SIGH: Don't be disrespectful or too blunt with your emotions because that can cause big controversy with who ever</p><p>your mad at. Sometimes all you need to do is sigh and feel the weight come off of you.</p><p>3. PASSIONS: Do what you love or what you always wanted to do. Sometimes you need to feel the rush of energy to make you</p><p>smile. Paint, dance, laugh, go skydiving, go surfing, eat alot of food, sing, write, read, speak, run a business, fix relationships, be </p><p>you! </p><p>4. Love you: Love who you are and what you love. You can't stop how your feeling so let it out. If your happy, run around smiling </p><p>and laughing. If your mad, tell people how you feel and take a stand. If your sad, cry and cry, and wipe off the tears because they </p><p>only carry your burdens and dry up on your face. Be who you are, want to be, and will be! Especially, encourage others to do the same.</p><p>You are beautiful, handsome, smart, heroic, strong, brave, nice, sweet, loving caring, independent, courageous, talented, a leader, a voice</p><p>a fighter, a human, and most importantly.... you are who you are! Fly into your dreams with a smile. :)</p>]]></description>
