Ingredients:

• 500g flour

• 200ml milk, warm

• 100g sugar

• 2 eggs

• 100g butter, melted

• 7g dry yeast

• 100g walnuts, cocoa, and raisins for filling

Instructions:

1. Dissolve yeast in warm milk with a pinch of sugar. Let it foam.

2. Mix flour, sugar, eggs, and butter. Add yeast mixture and knead into a soft dough. Let it rise for 1-2 hours.

3. Roll out the dough, spread filling, and roll it up. Place in a greased loaf pan.

4. Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes.

300 g sugar

500 ml milk

6 eggs

200 g butter

50 g fresh yeast

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon salt

2-3 spoons sunflower oil

•Nut filling:

250 g walnuts

200 g sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

The recipe:

Ingredients:

1 butter

1 package of cookies

1 sweetened milk

Execution :

Melt the butter. Beat the biscuits in a bowl until they are powdered and mix them with the butter. Add the sweetened milk and 2 handfuls of coconut to the mixture. Stir and refrigerate for an hour. Then take out of the fridge, make balls and roll in the coconut. Keep out of the fridge.
