Once i was in Superdrug and this lady came up to me and asked if i was ok i answered i was fine and just browing then she kept coming back and asking me the same thing over and over again and eventually she just started to follow me around the shop i felt so awkward i ended up leaving and just going to boots.

I was very thankful and ordered a lovely meal. The customer service manager is called Callum and he is always so attentive. Once when I tried to buy a game, it turned out the wrong disc was in the game box and they couldn’t find the other disc, so I ended up buying another game but they gave me some free gaming merch as something to make up for it.

We looked it over and they had given us the complete wrong bill, but they didn’t believe it wasn’t ours, they were being very snobby about it. In the end we did pay it but once we were home mum wrote a review on Trip Adviser saying how bad the customer service was. We never went back after that…!

They arrived late and came from china despite the website being based in Britain, also it turned out that they had sent the wrong ones. When I contacted their customer service, I waited around a week and yet they still hadn’t replied to my complaint, so I gave up on them and sold the shoes on eBay and bought a different pair of shoes off a less dodgy website.
This experience was a bit frustrating because of the fact they didn’t reply to my complaint. 
This shows that because their customer service was so bad they have lost a customer.
