- The more I am exposed to the changes in Enhanced PYP, the more commonalities I notice in the different areas of the programme. It is based on the big idea and I am confortable with it.

- I need to know more detail of the changes made from the old MTPYPH to PYP:From Principles into Practice for clarification purposes. I need to make myself familiar with the different figures (the programme model, action cycle etc, etc.
- I need to become more knowledgeable about more research-based reasons for new changes made.

- Play-based learning in EY: Importance of play for EY children will be discussed and largely implemented in practice. I
would like to incorporate the idea for older children, too.
- The descriptions of teacher capabilities clearly explain ideal profile of teachers who support students learning with agency. These can be used for goal settings for teachers.

- Ｉam a little worried that my WS may sound too philosophical to some participants. I have done quite a few WSs so far but mostly they were either “MTPYPH” or “Introduction to the PYP”. I often felt that the balance between covering the fundamental elements of the PYP within the limited space and time could become overwhelming for the participants who have very little knowledge of the PYP. Now Enhanced PYP is even more conceptual and require participants’ higher level of understanding to be able to embrace the changes, the balance of the knowledge cover and LEs will be even more critical.
- I like the list of teacher capabilities as it clearly and explicitly explains wat theacher need to be capable of in Enhanced PYP teaching and learning environment. However, some of the capabilities are not easily acquired through training or experiences. When I conduct consultation or school visits, I often see and hear teachers expressing not being able to eb confident with their knowledge of the PYP, and some are not quite sure if their practice meets what is expected. To be able to let students hold agency, teacher capability in many areas are required. I guess having good learning engagement ready, which have lear models and examples etc necessary for the participants to understand the purpose behind will be very important.

- I really need to make time to read all the documents thoroughly. I would like to have enough confidence to feel that I understand and am aware of changes made and meaning behind before I deliver a workshop or school visit.

- I would like to stay connected with other IBEN practitioners. I was very impressed with the thoughts being shared during the course. I would like to interpret the documents accurately and by reading everyone’s contribution in the course helped me to confirm my understanding of Enhanced PYP.
